WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Be responsible for production output and product quality of the assembly workshop.
• Perform regular checks to make sure that the quality standards are met; S5 work.
• Responsible for production management, of the assembly workshop, including the allocation of material and workers. 
• Manage and maintain assembly tools and equipment.
• Responsible for safety inspection, timely elimination of hazard sources, supervision and management of employee occupational health.
• Make production work arrangements, timely adjust the team plan to ensure production efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve product quality problems complained by customers, participate in the ISO14001 development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Responsible for the formulation and implementation of production process flow and process standard, analyze and solve the on-site process problems.
• Responsible for process improvement and production line optimization in the assembly workshop to continuously improve production efficiency.
• Leading and inspiring your team to reach their true potential.
